Leadership

George A. Hicks III, OCPC, ICPS — President

25+ years of program development and prevention work. Currently partnered with the City of Columbus Recreation and Parks Department, Maryhaven, the Columbus Health Department, AACS, Lead the Way Learning Academy, and Capital University. 14 years in pastoral ministry as Outreach and Missions Coordinator with international missions experience in Mexico, Bolivia, Puerto Rico, St. Croix, and Cuba. Credentials: Ohio Certified Prevention Consultant (OCPC) and International Certified Prevention Specialist (ICPS).

Jason Jenkins — Co-Principal

Co-founder and Co-Principal of ArkBuilders Inc. Decades of youth development and program delivery experience alongside George Hicks, with deep relationships across Columbus schools, juvenile justice, and faith communities. Full bio available on the Who We Are page.
