Designed for middle and high school youth, aged 12-18. The program helps students explore their gifts and talents and begins to align them with career possibilities. The curriculum explores:
- self–awareness: a person’s understanding of their strengths and weaknesses, paired with a consistent desire for self-improvement
- goal–directed behavior: a person’s initiation and determination to complete difficult tasks
- personal responsibility: a person’s ability to be cautious and reliable in their actions and to be able to participate in group activities
- decision making: a person’s approach to solving problems, learning from experience, and developing behavior and responsibility through the use of values
- relationship skills: a person’s ability to promote and maintain positive connections with other people
- self-management: a person’s success in controlling their emotions and behaviors, especially during challenging moments
- optimistic thinking: a person’s confident, hopefulness, and positive attitude
- social awareness: a person’s ability to interact with other people to show respect, tolerance, and cooperation
