Developing Your Social Emotional Muscles
ArkBuilders has created a program titled Developing Your Social and Emotional Muscles: A Mental Health Project that will be held at Glenwood Community Center. This program will empower youth of the importance of their overall development and well-being by strengthening their social and emotional muscles through learning sessions, group discussion, and youth-led projects.
Having the ability to understand and manage one’s own emotions, empathize with others, form positive relationships, communicate effectively, and make positive decisions is pertinent for today’s youth.
